There is a legend about a coach during the NATO bombing raids in 1999, which ran every day from Skopje, in Macedonia, to Belgrade. Veta tells the story of a similar coach, but in this case there are no historical or geographical references because the intention is to portray the psychosis of war, which has been the backdrop of life in all the Balkans for the past ten years and which has led to a common feeling of being in a situation with no way out.

I am from Titov Veles is a story of sacrifice and abandonment and the determination of Afrodita, one of three sisters and our main character, to fight against it. It is a story of today, deeply engraved in Macedonian society, its social and cultural aspects. The three sisters fight against the norms but also long to be part of them.
