is a family production company based in Macedonia and run by Labina Mitevska, Teona Strugar Mitevska and brother Vuk Mitevski. They successfully launched their company with the short film VETA, which had its premiere at the Berlin Film Festival 2001 and won a special mention of the jury. It has since been shown at more than 30 festivals around the world. HOW I KILLED A SAINT is their first feature film, done in co-production with E-Motion Film, Slovenia, and Silkroad production, France. It was first shown at the Rotterdam International Festival in January 2004. Sisters and Brother Mitevski is currently working on a new feature film, also written and directed by Teona. I AM FROM TITO VELES is a story of Afrodita, a young mute woman living in Veles, a polluted small town in the middle of Macedonia that is an ecological catastrophe of our modern times. |
